This antique Asian oil lamp features a sculpted dragon motif in a dark ceramic finish, measuring approximately 4 inches across. The underside bears a four-character Chinese seal mark reading Qianlong Nian Zhi, or "Made in the Qianlong Period," referring to the Qing Dynasty reign from 1736 to 1795. We are not experts in Chinese ceramics and cannot confirm whether this is an original or a later reproduction bearing a traditional mark. Sold as-is with no claims about exact age or origin. The original lid is missing. Surface patina was partially removed during cleaning, revealing the stamp more clearly but reducing visible age.
